All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that our shipping team typically ships orders once per week, which may affect your delivery timeline. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you by email of any significant delays.
Custom or handmade items may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product description.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options including standard and expedited shipping, and costs will vary based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times for standard shipping:
- Domestic (US): 7-10 business days
- International: 10-21 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and shipping timelines may vary based on carrier schedules and your location.
3. Shipping Destinations
We ship domestically within the United States and internationally to most countries. Please note that shipping to certain locations may incur additional costs or restrictions. You will be notified at checkout if your location is not eligible for shipping.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package online.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
TAKENYA is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes, customs fees).
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for any products lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your package has been marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier or check with your neighbors to confirm delivery.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Due to the handmade nature of our products, some items may be restricted from shipping to certain locations. Additionally, heavy or oversized items may incur extra shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
8. Order Modifications
If you need to change the shipping address or cancel your order after placing it, please contact us at takenyainfo@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address or cancel the shipment.
